At Bloxminion, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be provided and the procedures for requesting a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital content, including but not limited to accounts, in-game items, or other downloadable content.
- Service Issues: If you experience technical issues with our platform that prevent you from accessing or using the product you purchased, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe your account has been compromised or a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, will issue a refund for the unauthorized transaction.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at support@bloxminion.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Investigation: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify your claim. Please provide any requested information promptly to expedite the process.
- Resolution: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from user error, such as accidental purchases or changes of mind.
- Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have been banned or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
